Throughout New Zealand, we use couriers to get your Natural Food Technology Limited products to you safely and quickly. Depending on the time of day that you submit your order, we aim to have your order delivered to you within 1-2 working days. For South Island and rural deliveries, add an extra day to delivery times.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by Natural Food Technology Limited at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer.
Shipping is $5 per package for Auckland and $7 for the rest of New Zealand. Shipping is free in New Zealand on all orders over $50.
Shipping is $10 per package to the Australian States: Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria.

We guarantee the highest quality of all our products and strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will be entitled to a refund or return based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Natural Food Technology Limited and the buyer is unsatisfied, Natural Food Technology Limited is not responsible for refund.
